Tokyo Creative Supply Inc specializes in wholesale distribution of Japanese stationery, craft supplies, paper goods, office tools, stickers, stamps, and lifestyle products.
Order Processing
Orders are typically reviewed and processed after payment confirmation. Because many products are sourced through our supplier network in Japan, some items may require manufacturer stock confirmation, supplier preparation, or wholesale pack consolidation before shipment.
For most wholesale orders, order preparation and delivery are usually completed within approximately 15–30 business days after order confirmation.
Shipping Methods
Products are shipped from our supplier network in Japan and may be consolidated before international dispatch.
Whenever available, we usually arrange DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping for wholesale orders. DDP shipping helps import duties and taxes be handled in advance where applicable, allowing customers to receive goods with fewer customs-related complications.

This helps customers receive goods more smoothly and reduces the likelihood of additional duties being requested upon delivery. However, customs rules, import requirements, and tax treatment may vary by country or region and remain subject to local regulations.
